You may return items sold on Joker
Productions.com for exchange or money back within 7 business days of delivery
and must be sent USPS priority mail. Shipping cost is will not be reimbursed.
The new order will be shipped free of charge. Items returned for money back
have a $5 restocking fee.These
items must be returned in an undamaged, never worn or washed, and in resalable
condition. You must email us with information on why you are returning your purchase, items that
do not fall under the categories below can not be returned under any circumstances. email
Exchanges only if we ship:
- The wrong size
- The wrong color
- The wrong print
- A damaged shirt

- If you do not get your Joker Productions Original Tee shirt order within 3 business days we will refund your order on request for shirts returned .

Friday Saturday and Sunday will still be shipped Monday, orders placed on
Monday thru Thursday will ship the following Monday.Personal checks do not apply and usually ship within 5 days or as soon as the checks clear.
